Aw, come on. I just chugged almost a whole bottle! [Aw, hell with it. He starts to chug alongside Vegeta.]

[He finishes off his own bottle. Well, it's safe to say he's never actually drank that much in his life. He usually stops before that because no one is stupid enough to challenge him to a drinking contest back at home, since well...no one would win against him. And the only people who could aren't really drinkers.]

I though' you liked to drink! Come now, you were th' one that started thihs little wager. Besides, it's not like we're fighting to th' death. [Though he does like fights to the death. A lot.]

I do! I do! I just don't always like getting sick! [Back to chugging! Halfway done with his now.]

[Vegeta doesn't look sick yet. But all of it hasn't quite hit him yet either, but give it some time.] Well we're goin' to find out now aren't we? [He's getting awful ideas, like causing some mischief now. He's eyeing some of the bottles on the wall, he sort of wants to break them as the bartender is reaching for them just to be a dick.

Wonder where Trunks got this kind of behavior from? Yep.]

[Vash has no answer for that and keeps on chugging. So he completely misses the look Vegeta gives those bottles. NO THE BOOZE, MAN! NOT THAT!]

[He's about to zap one of the bottles when he feels his stomach take a turn for the worse. Well, that's what happens when you drink roughly 45 shots of something, doesn't it? Even a Saiyan's stomach has limits. He doesn't throw up but he knows he's going to feel pretty bad sometime in the near future. Best to play it off and try to take his mind off of it. Mind over matter, right?

What can they do that's entertaining? They are at a bar...what do you usually do at a bar? He's never really gone to one before.]

Hey. See those two girls over there? [He points at a few ladies at a table.] I'm pretty sure one of them keeps glancing over here at you. The blonde one. [She actually isn't. He just wants to entertain himself, and because he's a huge jerk. He's got no interest in the ladies- he's got one of his own.]

[Vash sets the near finished bottle down, grabs onto the bar for support, before turning to look in the direction that Vegeta is pointing.]

Huh? You- you really think so, brother?

[He smiles and nods, flashing his eyes back over to the table. Vash is buying it- this is going to be a great source of entertainment.]

Why don't you take that blonde mop of yours over and offer her a drink or something?

[He'd be trying to stifle a laugh if his stomach didn't turn yet again on him. Come on Vegeta, fight it, this is too good to pass up by throwing up all over yourself.]

A mop? Aw, man, if it's not a broom it's a mop. [Vash weaves as he turns himself in his seat. Looking over at the girls.] But she already has a drink.

So what. It's just putting your foot in the door. You don't have to go, I'm just making a small observation. Just because I've had a few doesn't mean I can't pick out the small details. [Whew, stomach settled. Thank goodness.]

ALRIGHT! I'll do it! [He screams that so loudly that the girls actually look over at him. He grabs his drink and starts to walk over only he stops mid-step and instead runs outside.]

[He nearly falls over himself at the screaming coming from his companion. Eyes go wide and eyebrows go up as Vash steps away to head over and then suddenly...goes outside. What? The shock on Vegeta's face is very apparent and he wonders if the guy got cold feet or something. Maybe he should see what in the galaxy is going on.

He wobbles his way over to the front door of the bar, and takes a look outside. Everything is spinning so hopefully he can find Vash. Where'd he go?]

[Vash isn't too far from the door. Bent over. Throwing up most of what he just drank.

He'll be fine in a few minutes.

Ew.]

[He looks over and sees Vash. Well it looks like Vegeta's won the competition, he couldn't hold his alcohol just as he thought he wouldn't be able to. That sparks a little ego boost for the already inflated ego of the Saiyan Prince, except that ~~the penny was heads up this time~~ and Vegeta is suddenly lurching over to join Vash.

He swears he will never do this again for as long as he lives. Never.

Up it all goes.]

[Vash stands up and leans against the wall for support.] I'm never drinking that much ever again.

[Lies.]

I think that's something we can agree on. [Oh man that was awful. Not worth the victory now. Not worth it at all.]

I don't know about you but I'm pretty sure it's safe to stop at this point. I don't feel as if we need to continue this. [Because technically it's over anyhow? And holy cosmos he does not want anything more to drink now.]

Continue what? [Yeah, he forgot the reason LONG ago. Vash looks down at the two empty glasses he had in his hand. The drink had split out in his rush for the door.

He turns them over in his hand again. Why did he have two again? Oh yeah.] Here. I held your glass for you. [That was the reason, right?]

[He takes the glass. Why...what? Why was he giving him a glass? Oh, the girls, that's right. He did not care about that anymore. He feels way too sick now for that.]

It's not...nevermind. [Gotta stand up. Not used to being drunk. Doesn't do this hardly ever. It's not going so well, he's having sort of a hard time getting up off the ground.] This is why I don't do this often. It always ends badly.

[Vash offers Vegeta a hand.] It does? Then you probably shouldn't do something that ends bad all the time. [The fact that Vegeta is talking about drinking is completely above his head at the moment.]

[He doesn't take Vash's hand, finally managing to stand up on his own. But he stumbles a little, still not feeling great- and almost falls over again.] I don't! That's why it's very rare that I do it!

[Oh, vague drunk conversations that don't make sense.]

Huh, wha-? You mean fall down?

As much as that is one of the things I'd rather avoid, that isn't what I was referring to. I mean-

[And that's cut off with a gag, followed by a little more coming up, leaving him coughing and regretting this even more than previously.]

You don't look so good, brother, maybe you should go lay down. In fact. I think I'll lay down too.

[Probably one of the most sensible things Vegeta thinks he's ever heard Vash say. Yep. Lying down might be good now.]

Yes, perhaps going home now would be a good idea- I don't think I want to look at another bottle ever again as long as I live.

[Vash puts his hand up to cover his eyes.] I don't feel so good...
