[In the last few months after arriving in Luceti, Vegeta (somehow) has managed to meet a variety of the inhabitants, somehow miraculously making "friends" and creating enemies alike, but he's noticed one common theme among almost every person he's come across.

This absolutely strange obsession everyone seems to have with his hair.

Which today, has prompted the Saiyan Prince to angrily express himself on the matter.]

Listen. I know most of you may not know me, but if we cross paths- yes, this is my actual hair. [He turns his head so the video can clearly catch all of his anti-gravity mop.] It's not held up by any artificial means, it's not a wig. I don't use this "industrial style hair gel" some speak of, I don't blow dry it to perfection, and I certainly have no intention of letting any of you try to brush it, comb it, touch it, or otherwise come near my hair to satisfy your curiosity.

A Saiyan's hair does not change from the moment they are born. I've always had this hair, though I have cut it to this length to match earthling hair, as it was much longer in the past. [His daughter made him cut it. It was nerdy.]

So I don't want to hear anything more about it, from anyone, or I'll be more than happy to blast you.

[He's going to either be at home in Community House 3, at Seventh Heaven getting a meal, or training at the Battle Dome, if you'd prefer to run into him instead.]

A whole world huh. [He debates that destroying that planet instead of Arlia might have been a better choice, if it existed in his universe. But no matter.]

Sometimes I debate whether or not they're worth all the effort. [He sighs. No, they weren't that bad.] I just wish they'd learn some decent manners, because my patience wears quite thin at every comment I receive about my hair. You'd think they were raised in a circus.

Eh, I've seen hue-mans around here with even spikier hair without gels or anything. Like I said, your hair's pretty tame compared to what I've seen.

If people get on your nerves about it, I'd just throw that at 'em. Might make 'em think a little.

I can tell you what I'd like to throw at them besides words. [He clenches his teeth as a vein pops out of his forehead.] What about you? How did you end up dealing with all the gaping and staring all the time?

[Nevermind he totally did it just a few moment ago. Vegeta's also not entirely sure of his sanity right now due to the fact that he is having an intelligent conversation with a pony.]

Well, I try to just roll with it when I can. Sure, I'd give 'em a face full of hooves if they got too pushy, but I'm not gonna pick fights with every hue-man that stares, considering I kinda found 'em all pretty freaky at first, anyway.

Ponies can fight? [So many things in Luceti that continually break his brain...] Do you have warriors on your little planet? [They can't be strong though, he thinks. They're just ponies!]

Uh, dude. You're talking about people not freaking about your hear. How about not making snap judgments about ponies either?

[Hrmph.]

And yeah, ponies can totally fight! Pretty sure us pegasi were serious warriors back before Equestria was founded, and not everypony can boast that they've saved the world from eternal night, either.

Baffling, an entire race of warrior ponies. [Brain is officially broken now. Beyond a shadow of a doubt.] You have to understand that the very idea of livestock being able to defend themselves in a manner other than running away only to be mercilessly slaughtered by their aggressors is simply unheard of in my world. [Insanity, really. But he is in Luceti now, after all. That fact hasn't escaped him.]

Would you say your king is worthy? Did he lead in the fight to rid your planet of the eternal night?

((OoC: I wanted to let you know that Rainbow Pan is totally a thing, Rainbow Dash cosplaying as Pan from Dragon Ball GT. So awesome))

Yeah, well, Equestria doesn't work like that, and we're the complete opposite of livestock. Heck, we're the ones who end up taking care of all the other animals and plants. Or the earth ponies and Fluttershy do, anyway.

[Dash isn't so good with that kind of tenderness. She'd fail miserably, as evidenced by the third season finale.]

And we don't have a king, just two princesses who control the sun and moon. Both are pretty awesome, but neither of 'em led the fight. Princess Luna was the one trying to spread that night when she got stuck as Nightmare Moon, and Princess Celestia didn't show up 'til we changed her back. If anypony led us along, it was Twilight.

That's incredible! [His hand finds his chin, this was way too weird. Even by his standards.] I'm not surprised to hear that the royal bloodline has the power to control the very celestial bodies around your planet. Not even my race had the power to do that, but of course we had the power unmeasurable in a different way. However I'm disgusted to hear that your own Princess turned on you. I hope you made her suffer a slow and painful death.

And why is this Twilight pony so important? Perhaps the General of your entire pony army?

It wasn't anything that harsh. Once we hit her with the Elements of Harmony, she went back to her old self. Whatever darkness turned her evil in the first place? Totally gone.

[Also, Twilight as a general? Pffft. Well, she does have the right leadership qualities for it.]

As for Twilight, she's kinda like our leader, but mostly she's one of the best friends a pony could ask for. That, and Princess Celestia's student.

I see. I don't see why the Princess would waste her time taking on a student but if that's her prerogative then so be it. Twilight must be a remarkably powerful pony if she has the privilege of learning from the Princess of all Ponies. Unless she herself is also one who carries royal blood.

I dunno about royal blood, but she is the most powerful unicorn I know. Not everypony has magic as their talent, so I can see the Princess would pick her.

Plus, she takes her studies seriously. Sometimes a little too seriously, if you ask me.

Nonsense. There is nothing more important than continuously training and developing new techniques in order to stay ahead of your opponents. I'd say she's doing exactly what she should be doing, and not letting anything distract her. You would be wise to take a lesson in that.

There is nothing more important than making sure every one of you are at your best, and more. [Whatever 'best' is for a pony, he supposes.] So if I were you I'd try not to disgrace whatever honor your warrior race of ponies holds by working to even be stronger than this Twilight you speak of.

And while I've thought about it- what do I call you exactly? [He's...never had to address a pony by a name before.]

Well, yeah, I get staying on top of things. I try to squeeze in at least a few hours of stunt practice every day. If I'm gonna make it into the Wonderbolts, I've gotta keep my A-game going.

[...Oh man. Does he seriously think they're a warrior race? That's kinda hilarious. So hilarious that Dash isn't even gonna correct him.]

Anyway, just call me Rainbow Dash.

Stunt practice? What good is that doing you? Rainbow, don't you think you should be spending more time perfecting your combat skills than rolling under moving buses or purposely falling off of tall buildings? [He usually just blows up the bus, to be honest.]

[And did he seriously just address her as "Rainbow"? Why did he have to get dumped in a place with talking multi-colored ponies anyway?]
