[In the last few months after arriving in Luceti, Vegeta (somehow) has managed to meet a variety of the inhabitants, somehow miraculously making "friends" and creating enemies alike, but he's noticed one common theme among almost every person he's come across.

This absolutely strange obsession everyone seems to have with his hair.

Which today, has prompted the Saiyan Prince to angrily express himself on the matter.]

Listen. I know most of you may not know me, but if we cross paths- yes, this is my actual hair. [He turns his head so the video can clearly catch all of his anti-gravity mop.] It's not held up by any artificial means, it's not a wig. I don't use this "industrial style hair gel" some speak of, I don't blow dry it to perfection, and I certainly have no intention of letting any of you try to brush it, comb it, touch it, or otherwise come near my hair to satisfy your curiosity.

A Saiyan's hair does not change from the moment they are born. I've always had this hair, though I have cut it to this length to match earthling hair, as it was much longer in the past. [His daughter made him cut it. It was nerdy.]

So I don't want to hear anything more about it, from anyone, or I'll be more than happy to blast you.

[He's going to either be at home in Community House 3, at Seventh Heaven getting a meal, or training at the Battle Dome, if you'd prefer to run into him instead.]

His frogs are huge and can do anything from pouring a great amount of oil so you're constantly sliding or stuck, to lighting an entire forest in flames and then dousing it in water. He's a master of at least three elements, I think. [ Water, fire and ground? Yeah. That makes sense. ] Who knows, maybe the next shift will make people shut up about your hair. [ Watch as the next event is one where everyone's silent. ]

Hmmm... It sounds kinda different from chakra then in application, but chakra can be used to increase speed and strength. The strongest woman in our home world, Lady Tsunade, can decimate a city street with a single kick! [ Ki on crack? Maybe? ] It's also similar in that it's life energy, except, if you have no chakra, you kinda die. [ Forever. ] But chakra can always be restored through rest and calories! [ Gosh the food economy in the ninja world must be enormous! ] We don't have destructive blasts, but, I'm guessing if that was just a billionth, a full blast from you could probably wipe out the village. [ Luckily he seems good as a person, just hella cranky. ]

[Vegeta's eyes narrow as he listens to Tenten's descriptions. He can see the merits of chakra, but he's still seriously doubting that it was just as powerful as Ki. It would, however, be interesting to combine the two. It really is a good thing he's not evil...anymore.] I personally would like to see how chakra and Ki together would work. I imagine it would make for quite an interesting deadly combo. And yes, you can destroy entire planets with Ki without breaking a sweat. [He's...kind of done it.] Entire worlds wiped off the face of existence.

But since we're on the topic- what does your chakra do?

[ With Vegeta's grand reveal, Tenten is doubting that it's just as powerful as Ki too. ]

Maybe you'd be able to launch elemental blasts? [ It seems like the only logical idea. ] Like giant gusts of destructive, compressed wind.

...Entire worlds?! Without even breaking a sweat? That sounds much more powerful than chakra could ever manage! [ Except for a couple of people, but she'd rather not namedrop them ... yet. ]

My chakra doesn't do much in comparison. I can use it go faster or to walk on walls, but my true strength is summoning vasts amount of weaponry to fight with, so I'm kinda a long range projectile tosser, and a close range combat specialist.

Possibly, but I can already use it for wind attacks. Though they are not powerful in comparison. [But the possibilities are endless, really.]

Interesting. I'd like to see that in battle, I've never witnessed such a technique before. I'd say you should enter into a tournament, but I don't think they have such a thing here in Luceti. Too bad. It would at least put a little more life into this boring pathetic village if they did.

Wind chakra is rare where I'm from. It's usually used to create massive blasts that could possibly shatter bones, or it creates attacks that slice with precise devastation. I know one girl can cut a person in half with a simple toss of a fan. [ And she has a rivalry with that girl! ]

The closest thing people have is the battledome, which, isn't exactly all that accessible to people who don't know a lot about that type of technology. You're onto a good idea, though! [ Tenten is now starting to get Ideas.

Vegeta. What have you done. ]

She can cut a person in half with a fan alone? [Even he can't deny that's pretty cool. He usually has to use a Destructo-Disk, and that wasn't even his technique.] Perhaps I'll work on my own wind attacks, that sounds very useful. Maybe I'll even show you one day, Tenten.

[Vegeta is all for the encouragement of fighting. He doesn't know that Tenten shouldn't have ideas!] Of course it's a good idea! However, I'd say they would have to build another tournament area- the Battle Dome is a little too small for a proper battle, I'd say. The shifts would keep from the total destruction of the village too, I know I'm not the only one here who could wipe this entire enclosure out of existence.

Would be interesting...don't you think?

Yeah. She'll create a wind current so strong, that it'll just slice across lightning shields! [ That's impressive, right? ] I'd love to see them demonstrated one day! Who knows, maybe we'll end up combating the third party!

[ She shouldn't have ideas! Or else she puts them to use... and then mini-manages everything... ] Maybe someone can create a building or a part of the forest so they can fight properly in it. It'd probably require a lot of explosives... [ She thinks about it. ]

It really would be!

Yes, perhaps we will. Then you can show me this chakra you speak of. [~~Is this foreshadowing?~~]

[A beat.]I think they should build an entire new enclosure for it personally, one even larger than this. And having a mountain range and a forest would make for an interesting fight, using it to one's advantage. Of course not everyone can fly, so I'm not sure how well some could make use of the mountains. [He feels pretty proud of himself and Tenten, they came up with a pretty cool idea, and maybe one day they can pitch it to the Malnosso. They at least owed that much to them for all the crap they dealt with, in his eyes.]

Well it seems our little brainstorming session has been quite productive. I say I wasn't exactly expecting this out of a conversation that initially started about my hair. [He smirks at the thought. He likes you Tenten, be proud to be on that incredibly short list of people.]

I'd be glad to! I know other people I can probably rope in for the demonstration. [ oh boy... Will Shikamaru be able to even be roped in like this? Yeah, probably. ]

Hmmm... that might be rather difficult to do, but I'm sure the Malnosso would personally love to see our abilities in a greater span of things. I'm not sure if it's worth the reveal, but you could also conduct survival exams and drills in the enclosure too. People can use the mountains for tiring out the opponent, or creating rockslides. [ Tenten has the right idea... kinda. ]

Luceti kinda works like that. People start off on one topic, but quickly find a topic two people love discussing. That, and, sorry to say, but your hair isn't unusual enough to warrant a twenty minute conversation about how it possibly exists or whatever. You should see the two bowl cuts I have to deal with on a regular basis! There's some weird white stripe running through it. [ Yeah. She thinks your hair is kinda normal compared to her teammates. It's like Shikamaru's, but with a little more balding. ]

I would imagine they'd figure that out on their own with all the experimentation they do on us, but I guess even with all of their advanced scientific methods that they wouldn't be able to figure out how to fight their way out of a paper bag. [TOTALLY NOT BITTER AT ALL]

I suppose I could see those of you who cannot fly utilizing the mountains like that. I just prefer to throw my opponents through them.

[Speaking of the way Luceti works...] I'll admit I've only been here but a few months, and the more I see the easier it is to believe all the strange things I've been told about the worlds of the other residents. Normally I would have called you insane to think that anyone could conjure frogs. [But after talking to a pony, he's convinced that anything is possible here.]

It seems their most able offensive people are drones. [ Shrugs. ] They're pretty good, but they're built like that and only go up against half of our power. [ They stand no chance against the real ones!!! She'll be joining Vegeta in the NOT BITTER corner. ]

That reminds me of a story I heard about with Lady Tsunade! They say, she onetime punched someone so hard, they went right through the forest and, when they crashed into the mountain, they sent fissures right through it and it became a volcano! [ She sounds... awfully excited about this story. ]

It's okay. Normally, I wouldn't believe it'd be possible to destroy an entire worlds with a single technique. But, after learning the moon really is just a seal that contains a monster of legendary proportions in my own world, it seems like anything is possible.

Did she now? Sounds like a lot of the fighters I know back home. You wouldn't want to go messing around with them. Good to hear there is at least some fighters from the other universes that might compete with my own. [Tenten, seriously you are getting his itch to fight someone even more intense.]

Ha, the moon huh? What is it that it holds captive? You could say the moon has a similar effect for us. It just doesn't...seal anything. It's what you probably call an enabler. [He grins wickedly at the thought. He wishes he had his tail back so bad sometimes.]

Yeah! Her strength is legendarily strong. They say a single blow is all it takes for her to kill someone. [ Well, she's definitely going to be the poison oak to a really bad existing itch... ]

It holds a culmination of the tailed beasts, dangerous demonic animals. They say it's power is large enough to destroy the entire world and it's probably unstoppable... [ She shudders. ] The reason why I'm in a war right now is to prevent it from being summoned.
