[In the last few months after arriving in Luceti, Vegeta (somehow) has managed to meet a variety of the inhabitants, somehow miraculously making "friends" and creating enemies alike, but he's noticed one common theme among almost every person he's come across.

This absolutely strange obsession everyone seems to have with his hair.

Which today, has prompted the Saiyan Prince to angrily express himself on the matter.]

Listen. I know most of you may not know me, but if we cross paths- yes, this is my actual hair. [He turns his head so the video can clearly catch all of his anti-gravity mop.] It's not held up by any artificial means, it's not a wig. I don't use this "industrial style hair gel" some speak of, I don't blow dry it to perfection, and I certainly have no intention of letting any of you try to brush it, comb it, touch it, or otherwise come near my hair to satisfy your curiosity.

A Saiyan's hair does not change from the moment they are born. I've always had this hair, though I have cut it to this length to match earthling hair, as it was much longer in the past. [His daughter made him cut it. It was nerdy.]

So I don't want to hear anything more about it, from anyone, or I'll be more than happy to blast you.

[He's going to either be at home in Community House 3, at Seventh Heaven getting a meal, or training at the Battle Dome, if you'd prefer to run into him instead.]

[Very fast for humans isn't very fast for a Saiyan- and Lee's first kick meets with the back of Vegeta's arm as he blocks it. In that however, he notes that Lee is a lot stronger than he looks. The second kick comes, and he side steps it, giving it a glance before setting his eyes back on Lee.]

You know, if you're going to try to hit me you might want to try to move a little faster than that. Allow me to demonstrate.

[And that being said, he disappears- appearing again right next to Lee with a side kick coming straight at his midsection.]

[Lee is definitely not fast enough to even begin to anticipate or guard against it. So perhaps there's the sound of some ribs cracking ~~how do injuries even work~~ and he's knocked to his side, proceeding to roll and bounce along the ground. Lee starts to climb to his feet... with a smirk of anticipation.]

Well done, Vegeta-sama! You are indeed the type of powerful opponent I would like to overcome. Normally, I would ask for Gai-Sensei's approval for this... but considering his absence as well as your clear power... [And he drops some weights kept under his clothing.] This can be an exception!

[And he dashes forward with a higher speed, now much closer to the effect of disappearing and reappearing, as he tries to get behind Vegeta to try setting off a fresh series of kicks.]

Well. That's more like it. [He's going to have to sense Lee's Ki after all, he's moving a little too fast to rely on the eyes alone. He feels Lee trying to get behind him, and turns just as he does, getting ready for whatever attack Lee unleashed on him. Maybe this would be fun.]

[Vegeta did turn to face him fast, but Lee's trying to go ahead with his planned attack: a set of quick high and low kicks before dashing around back behind Vegeta to do the same to him from behind. Pretty much... as many as he can before Vegeta can take any action in return.]

[He dodges the first set, but then Lee gets behind again and goes for the second set of kicks, which land- and they certainly do hurt, he wasn't expecting that from this kid. Getting behind him, the coward. His teeth grit, getting hit just made him more angry.]

Didn't anyone teach you any manners? [He then tries to grab one of Lee's legs, making sure to keep whatever intended target of his body away regardless if he's successful or not, leaning down into a side kick to try to connect Lee's stomach.]

Ack- excuse me? [But yeah, Lee's kick is caught, and he attempts to punch at Vegeta while Vegeta deploys his own kick. And Lee is tossed back some yards by the kick until he gets himself to skid to a stop.]

[He brings his hand up to catch the punch as he's kicking Lee, watching him fly across the floor.] If you're going to get behind me you best make it count!

[But then he takes off, flying across the platform at Lee, coming in with a punch aimed to Lee's face.]

[Lee attempts to prepare a counter as he gets to his feet, but Vegeta's punch gets him in the face, and he falls back some more, this time with a bleeding nose.]

Agh... [He wipes his nose on his sleeve as he pulls himself back to his feet.]

[He's going to try to take advantage of the few seconds that Lee's down, doing his own little disappearing act to try to appear right behind Lee. And he'll stand there and not say a word or touch him until Lee stands up.]

[He's soon up and on guard again, but wondering where he could be.]
