misterbrief | 6th Taunt

[It's been a few days since Father's Day. And he got a really nice surprise from his daughter that he never thought possible. Bulla training and honing her skills and power, it really meant something to him; so he's flipping his journal open now since Luceti played a large part of it. He's not even angry this time.]

It's come to my attention that a good number of you had a hand in the gift I received over the weekend. I will say I'm impressed- the lot of you have done the impossible with my daughter Bulla and it most certainly paid off. So for that...[His voice trails off, since saying these sorts of things isn't exactly natural to him.] For that I am grateful. I know a good portion of the time we are safe inside this barrier, but you must understand that I worry for her safety regardless.

So I suppose this is the part where I ask something else not so specific. The gift I received was for your Earthling holiday Father's Day. I've never put much stock in such things, but this last weekend certainly has changed my mind about it a little. Is this something you also observe in your own worlds? And if so, what is it that you've done or would do that you would consider worthy of your father?

Anything important enough for me to care about as far as news is concerned is all over every TV station for hours on end. And I usually know about it before the humans do. Other than that, I couldn't care less. I don't see how knowing about how some little girl's cat got stuck in a tree is important.

If you're some elite warrior, why not look up strong people to fight online then?

I will do no such thing, I'm already acquainted with the strongest fighters in the universe and none of them save one is worthwhile of my time! If you really think some online ad is going to house a worthy warrior then you are sadly mistaken. You'll only find fools and loudmouthed idiots no better than the dirt beneath my boot on the internet.

I'll tell you what, if you manage to find a powerful fighting on the internet I'll eat my words and then some. [BECAUSE THEY TOTALLY HAVE INTERNET IN LUCETI VEGETA, SRSLY?]

But that's the whole point, there isn't internet here. And you know what, I'm pretty strong too, so we could do it! Or I could call up [...The Boss was his go to so he's out] Wolverine!

I'm not going to waste my time with you; I don't think you know who you'd be dealing with. I doubt this Wolverine will be any different. Is he an alien? Because no human is going to stand up to the Saiyan Prince.

Then it's pretty lucky for you that you're not entirely human, had you been I'm sure she'd of come very close to ending your life. You see, she doesn't realize her own strength. I'm sure I'd find a few trees with your name on it that are broken in half out in the woods, wouldn't I? [Oh he wants to hear about this.]

Nah. I don't do that! We used the dome instead, so no one would get hurt too bad or anything.

Now it's all coming together. So, boy, were you the one that turned the gravity on for her then? [He still hasn't found out who trained with the gravity on with her yet.]

Yes? And you can't? Didn't you just say you weren't entirely human? Even humans can train in higher gravity. [Is he serious?]

I meant that I didn't know you could make the machines do that!

That was the first thing I searched for when I arrived! Of course you can turn up the gravity in the chambers! Why don't you quit living under that rock of yours and join the rest of us.
