[Hey, look, he's back with another subject that he's getting real sick and tired of explaining to people. That and after all the crap that's happened to him in the past few months, maybe it wouldn't be such a bad idea to let people know, especially after a conversation he had with Cliff recently.]

[He's out next to a sheer cliff, at the base of the mountain range. The camera is set on top of another rock, as to show the Saiyan Prince with his hand raised and aiming toward the rock wall- and as soon as it's raised, a blast of energy decimates the wall with a loud boom, leaving it as a rocky heap, the dust slowly settling. Vegeta hasn't flinched, and is coming back to pick up his journal again. This may also give away exactly who was responsible for all those explosions that were heard from last week, if people are smart enough to put two and two together.]

Now, with enough diligent training and meditation, which you should be doing anyway, any of you can do that. It's a simple matter of controlling your energy, but if you're not physically fit enough you're not going to be able to do it. In fact, I'd be surprised if even one percent of you manage to be able to achieve even a fraction of the same destructive force I possess. Either way, that might be something you'll all want to start aiming for. And if you're too weak to fight? Fix it.

[As promised, he'll be at the Battle Dome if anyone decides to try to seek him out. He'll be actually in a chamber, training in a complete power suppressed simulation, working on his battōjutsu that he's taken up learning. [He's nervous and afraid. He wants to say something.

But he decides to endeavor. To try. He nods quietly and raises his hand.

He tries to remember - to remember everything he learned about chakra. To try to actually channel it in the way he described. There's certainly no results so far.]

[He's tapping his foot impatiently.]

Well? What's wrong? You can't tell me that you don't have any energy at all. [Honestly, it was proven to him by Lee's speed and strength. The kid had to have some.]

[He struggles, his eyes closed as he tries harder to focus. But it's like he's trying to put a square object through a round hole. Nothing is happening.]

Argh. [To be completely fair, he was not expecting Lee to get it on his first go. Though he thought it possible since chakra is incredibly similar, from what it sounded like. Looks like he's back to square one in the 'getting this idiot to learn how to draw out energy' department.]

Okay, look. It's pretty clear to me you don't know how to even access your energy. Can you even feel and recognize it inside you?

[He whimpers, some tears building up in his eyes, and he cries out as he drops to his knees.]

I don't know!

I can feel it, but... I have never been able to channel it in any advanced way!

Stop crying, big baby. You act like you're the only human who's never done it before, but hear me, you're not that special. [At least Lee knew he had energy. That's already one up from half of the people here...]

You aren't going to be able to draw it out if all you're going to do is shake like a leaf at every failure, and I won't tolerate it either. So calm down before I really lose my temper!

[He nods and slowly gets to his feet, wiping the tears from his eyes.]

I apologize, Vegeta-sensei. I gave in to an outburst of you - of my lack of age.

You do not understand. My entire life, the only thing I have been unable to achieve through hardwork has been the shaping of chakra into jutsus. I am simply... incapable. And that is why, I am a ninja who uses only taijutsu. That is why... I fail you already as a student.

That you came out all this way when I explicitly said that only those worthy need bother?! [He cannot believe this defeatist attitude he's hearing.]

Yes! This isn't chakra at all, didn't you listen the first time?! There's no certain affinity that goes with this, it's one thing, the same results, every time, no matter who it is. Not like Tenten who can pop weapons out of those scrolls over hers or Konan with that strange talent she's got with paper. With energy, it's always this.

[He blows another hole in the side of the cliff just to get the point across. Obviously that's not all it does but he's trying to make a point.]

[He watches in awe.]

I thought that you were telling me that chakra and this energy are one in the same! Could I truly... be capable of such a thing?!

No, it's not the same thing, clean out your ears. [Hmmmm, if the boy can't use chakra, best not to even relate it to it anymore. He'll completely change his story if he has to. Even though chakra sounds a lot like ki to him, but still not quite the same.]

So forget this chakra business. I want you to focus on bringing out something far more destructive than any chakra could ever amount to. Now try it again, but don't use chakra. Use your energy instead.

My... my energy. [He takes a breath and tries to focus.]

I will accomplish this! How do I do it? How do I... grasp my energy?

[His finger taps impatiently against his arm.]

You've got to concentrate and focus on drawing it out, instead of doing whatever strange mixing you do with chakra with your life energy and your spiritual energy. It still comes from the center of your body. It's a tangible force, and all that needs to be done is channeling it out. No fancy tricks. Now try it again.
