[In the last few months after arriving in Luceti, Vegeta (somehow) has managed to meet a variety of the inhabitants, somehow miraculously making "friends" and creating enemies alike, but he's noticed one common theme among almost every person he's come across.

This absolutely strange obsession everyone seems to have with his hair.

Which today, has prompted the Saiyan Prince to angrily express himself on the matter.]

Listen. I know most of you may not know me, but if we cross paths- yes, this is my actual hair. [He turns his head so the video can clearly catch all of his anti-gravity mop.] It's not held up by any artificial means, it's not a wig. I don't use this "industrial style hair gel" some speak of, I don't blow dry it to perfection, and I certainly have no intention of letting any of you try to brush it, comb it, touch it, or otherwise come near my hair to satisfy your curiosity.

A Saiyan's hair does not change from the moment they are born. I've always had this hair, though I have cut it to this length to match earthling hair, as it was much longer in the past. [His daughter made him cut it. It was nerdy.]

So I don't want to hear anything more about it, from anyone, or I'll be more than happy to blast you.

[Action]

[He's going to either be at home in Community House 3, at Seventh Heaven getting a meal, or training at the Battle Dome, if you'd prefer to run into him instead.]

[He just peers at Lee for a moment.]

No offense but I don't think you'd last any longer than ten seconds. You don't exactly look like a fighter to me. [He thinks Lee looks ridiculous.]

Sir! Sir, I believe you are underestimating me. I am a ninja and I seek to overcome any rival!

Let me tell you something. It would help if you decided on a rival around your own skill level that you might come close in power to rather than wanting to fight someone clearly far above your talents.

Tell me, have you personally had the experience of disintegrating another being with your own energy alone?

But that would go against my ninja way! I must continue to endeavor and fight until I can overcome all of the most skilled prodigies!

No, I have never had such an experience! My combat training is primarily hand-to-hand.

Boy, you don't know who you're dealing with. If you don't know how to deal with someone shooting pure energy blasts at you then you're going to have quite a problem fighting me.

I can guarantee I'm nothing like anyone you've ever fought before. [Lee doesn't look all that special to him, so he's not particularly interesting in fighting him.]

Such a guarantee... My anticipation is building even more! Please, we must spar!

You really don't get it do you. If I fight you once will you leave me be in peace?

That is very possible, especially if I overcome you!

Alright then, you can have your one fight. But don't be too surprised when I mash you right into the ground.

Do not worry! I will prepare myself for every possible outcome! What shall be the time and the place?!

It doesn't make a difference to me. I'd fight you right now if you wanted. But probably at the Battle Dome, so then the village isn't destroyed in the process.

Yes! Yes yes yes yes, yes!

I shall come and face you... RIGHT NOW!

[He cries out and immediately begins dashing to the Battle Dome.]/small>

[Have a stunned Vegeta. What in the galaxy was that? He really wants his body broken in half, doesn't he? He shrugs, if that's what the boy wanted, then that's what he'll be getting. He'll make his own way to the Battle Dome as well, flying quickly and will be waiting inside.]

[Lee skids to a stop in the Battle Dome and looks around animatedly until he sees Vegeta.]

You are my opponent?

Well, are you the one that continually goes on about youth? If so, then yes. [He gives Lee a weird look. Is this boy serious?]

Yes... We must exchange names! [A quick bow.] My name is Rock Lee. I am Konoha's Beautiful Green Wild Beast!

[His eyebrow raises at the title given.] Yes, I can see why you'd fit in right at the zoo. You must be the prime choice in the gorilla cage.

[He folds his arms over his chest, still glaring.] I am Vegeta, Prince of all Saiyans. But enough talk, let's get this over with. [He's going to head to one of the chambers, irritated and impatient.]

Thank you! I hope I would be able to defeat such animals within the constraints of a cage.

It is good to meet you Vegeta-sama! [He says with a bow before he skips to follow in Vegeta's shadow.] I hope we can have a great battle!

Yeah, right. [Vegeta steps over to a console, and programs the room to look like the World Martial Arts Tournament, a playing field he'd come to be quite familiar with.]

Alright, come on let's get this over with. I haven't got all day. [With that, he steps inside to head to the stairs leading up to the large platform.]

Of course! I am overflowing with excitement!

[So Lee rushes into the arena at a high speed and takes his place there, quickly settling into a fighting stance.]

[Vegeta is only walking up the stairs and Lee blows past him, much to Vegeta's confusion on the matter- this boy truly had no idea what he was doing, rushing into a battle like this. Way too excitable for Vegeta's liking, to be sure.]

[He makes his own way up and takes a spot across from Lee, eyeing his opponent up for a second. Unless this boy was suppressing his power level, he wasn't even going to be a challenge. I guess he'd find out.]

Ok, let's get this over with. [He doesn't even fall back into a fighting position himself, he just stands there, arms hanging loosely at his sides.] Come show me what you've got.

Very well! [And Lee dashes forward towards Vegeta - very fast for humans but not his own top speed, since he's still wearing his weights. He goes straight for a high kick at Vegeta's side. Whether or not it connects, as long as Vegeta is still there, it will be followed by a low kick from his other side.]

[Very fast for humans isn't very fast for a Saiyan- and Lee's first kick meets with the back of Vegeta's arm as he blocks it. In that however, he notes that Lee is a lot stronger than he looks. The second kick comes, and he side steps it, giving it a glance before setting his eyes back on Lee.]

You know, if you're going to try to hit me you might want to try to move a little faster than that. Allow me to demonstrate.

[And that being said, he disappears- appearing again right next to Lee with a side kick coming straight at his midsection.]

[Lee is definitely not fast enough to even begin to anticipate or guard against it. So perhaps there's the sound of some ribs cracking ~~how do injuries even work~~ and he's knocked to his side, proceeding to roll and bounce along the ground. Lee starts to climb to his feet... with a smirk of anticipation.]

Well done, Vegeta-sama! You are indeed the type of powerful opponent I would like to overcome. Normally, I would ask for Gai-Sensei's approval for this... but considering his absence as well as your clear power... [And he drops some weights kept under his clothing.] This can be an exception!

[And he dashes forward with a higher speed, now much closer to the effect of disappearing and reappearing, as he tries to get behind Vegeta to try setting off a fresh series of kicks.]
