[Hey, look, he's back with another subject that he's getting real sick and tired of explaining to people. That and after all the crap that's happened to him in the past few months, maybe it wouldn't be such a bad idea to let people know, especially after a conversation he had with Cliff recently.]

[He's out next to a sheer cliff, at the base of the mountain range. The camera is set on top of another rock, as to show the Saiyan Prince with his hand raised and aiming toward the rock wall- and as soon as it's raised, a blast of energy decimates the wall with a loud boom, leaving it as a rocky heap, the dust slowly settling. Vegeta hasn't flinched, and is coming back to pick up his journal again. This may also give away exactly who was responsible for all those explosions that were heard from last week, if people are smart enough to put two and two together.]

Now, with enough diligent training and meditation, which you should be doing anyway, any of you can do that. It's a simple matter of controlling your energy, but if you're not physically fit enough you're not going to be able to do it. In fact, I'd be surprised if even one percent of you manage to be able to achieve even a fraction of the same destructive force I possess. Either way, that might be something you'll all want to start aiming for. And if you're too weak to fight? Fix it.

Now don't misunderstand me. I'm not looking to pick up students. But if you think you can handle it? Then come find me. We'll see what you're made of.

Action:

[As promised, he'll be at the Battle Dome if anyone decides to try to seek him out. He'll be actually in a chamber, training in a complete power suppressed simulation, working on his battōjutsu that he's taken up learning. Otherwise, those who know where to find him at home can find him at House 29.]

[He says as he leaps out of the nearby greenery, already prepared for action.]

[Brushing his arm off, he takes one look at Lee.]

It's about time. Now dodge this.

[And he starts firing ki blasts right at the poor boy :(

Gotta test how fast he is though, this is important!]

[He's removed his weights, so he's quite fast at the moment. And perhaps he's distant enough that it helps him to dodge the initial volley of lasts. Some of them are very near misses and close shaves as he does his frantic dodging.]

Youth!

[He stops firing, actually pleased. It's not easy dodging a volley of his blasts after all, unless you were someone of his world.]

Enough with the youth! Now get over here!

[He feels like his hair was a little singed from that last narrow dodge. But he smiles at Vegeta's declaration and hopes closer with a rigid stance.]

Ossu! Vegeta-sensei, please teach me everything!

Calm down, ugh. [That is way too much enthusiasm for him to handle.] Okay listen, if you're to be around me at all there's one thing we're getting straight right now. No more shouting and I don't want to hear the word youth out of your mouth ever again, understand?

Ah... I have a question, Vegeta-sensei! Does this mean that your lessons will be most unyouthful in nature?

I don't even know what it is to 'be youthful' in the way you use the term. You fling it around like it's going out of style.

[Though he can make the training exciting. Very, very exciting. In the worst way possible.]

I am a shinobi - That is correct. [He hesitates for a moment - starting to feel unsure due to the 'chakra question'.]

Alright, listen up. There's no handseals involved in this, nor are you going to be drawing from any of your life force, or else it's not going to work. You're going to focus on using only your spirit energy, understand?

[Thank god Tenten and Konan have already explained to him this chakra business.]

First things first. [He holds out his hand, palm facing the sky, summoning up a little orb of energy.]

[He's nervous and afraid. He wants to say something.

But he decides to endeavor. To try. He nods quietly and raises his hand.

He tries to remember - to remember everything he learned about chakra. To try to actually channel it in the way he described. There's certainly no results so far.]

[He's tapping his foot impatiently.]

Well? What's wrong? You can't tell me that you don't have any energy at all. [Honestly, it was proven to him by Lee's speed and strength. The kid had to have some.]

Just... just a moment more! I'll try a little harder!

[He struggles, his eyes closed as he tries harder to focus. But it's like he's trying to put a square object through a round hole. Nothing is happening.]

Argh. [To be completely fair, he was not expecting Lee to get it on his first go. Though he thought it possible since chakra is incredibly similar, from what it sounded like. Looks like he's back to square one in the 'getting this idiot to learn how to draw out energy' department.]

Okay, look. It's pretty clear to me you don't know how to even access your energy. Can you even feel and recognize it inside you?

I... I...

[He whimpers, some tears building up in his eyes, and he cries out as he drops to his knees.]

I don't know!

I can feel it, but... I have never been able to channel it in any advanced way!
